This mod increases number of skills from 4 to 25, so you can select any of available officer skill

This mod increases choice of skills in officer level up screen, so its now isn't boring random gamble. Always wondered why no one made such mod yet for latest versions and decided to do it myself.
To be exact, this mod increases number of skills from 4 to 25, so theoretically is possible to select any of available officer skills, since in base game there is 11 of them.
Not compatible with Officer Extensions mod, it overrides same OfficerLevelUp plugin, and it just overrides my mod making it do nothing, so if you use OE, you should stick to one of mods, both of them are save to remove from existing save.
