Utility mod which allows to change level of AI Core skills, with LunaLib settings in Main Menu. Also added support of Cores from SOTF (No Sierra for now), RAT, and VRI mods. Tahlan Daemon Cores supported to, they use Beta and Alpha settings.

IF ADDED MIDGAME - remove all AI Cores from ships, either throw them away or store in storage, close inventory and pickup them again in order to reload their level.
Sierra from SOTF is not affected since she works differently technically.
