Unfortunately not right now, at least not without affecting all teeth variants. Currently they all share the same base set of metal/rough/normal/AO maps, just using different albedo/colour maps. Once we can edit materials and create new custom ones it would be possible, although ideally you'd also want to be able to add it as an entirely new option rather than hijacking one of the existing four. Otherwise random NPCs would also use it.
They should be changed for everyone, as far as I can determine. The four textures appear to be shared by all head morphs. That was the impetus for the mod, when I noticed NPCs with bleached teeth.
Thanks for this! I chose the "dirty" option for my character because it looked much more realistic for healthy teeth than the unnatural pure white cosmetic teeth, haha. Now more characters will look like regular people instead of straight off of a Hollywood shoot.
