"Wanted poster display. Press E or R". I can't get it to interact except to add or remove something. What am I doing wrong? I already did the first part of that mission, you know, at Chop Shop.
I assume that the bug is caused by an interface issue. Try disabling "Show item information in HUD" in the options and "interface". That's what probably caused this bug for me here.
hello I had already disabled "Show item information in HUD" in the options and "interface". Before that I couldn't pick up many objects, But I did verify it again, and it is disabled. I can only press "R" on the screen. pressing "E" does nothing. So I can't start or enable any new mission. Any ideas??
Downloaded this but still having issues. I do not have StarUI or any UI related mods, just SFSE with the achievement enabler mod turned on along with some skins from the creations club (Starborn skin, mandalorian skin) I still cant select the first bounty. Theres one that says accept bounty and one that says take but the take one wont let me take it and the other one says I need to complete the first bounty to take the second one. Any suggestions?
There is one broken SFSE. I ended up having to download the SFSE their website. I have 90 mods and this one works fine. (The older SFSE from Vortex likes to lost files.)
Hello, I can't talk to Adrastos Dakota, I mean I was able to take the order but when I go to the meeting to get his cooperation, even if I press ''E'' he doesn't interact... If anyone can give me some advice on how to resolve this, it would be helpful .
PS: I use StarUI Hud and I already tried to uninstall it but the problem persists.
Ok, I just DL'd this mod, and I still got nothing. I did pay for the content, Dl'd it played the first tracker mission, screen is still not working. Is there a code that I can put in to push it along? Just to started the damned thing?
Star UI HUD and Pran HUD will prevent one from interacting with the Wanted board. I disabled those HUDs by exiting the game renaming the Starfield/Data/Interface folder to ...InterfaceOLD and going back to the game, do the board thingy and then reverse the process to re-enable the HUD mods. I hope this might help if anyone else uses Star UI or Pran HUD - I can't play without Star UI. I will try this mod too if I need to use the Wanted board again, thanks for figuring it out!
tI actually think that this was caused by "Show item information in HUD" in the options and "interface". Because I saw that I couldn't pick up many items. So that might fix it too. Just started playing after a while and straight up headed for this quest and thus didn't notice it. When I finished the first quest the issues started happening. So this workaround might not be needed after all however I haven't tested it yet, whether that's true or not.
I think I figured out what actually happened in my case. One of the HUD widgets that I found a replacement to make Star UI HUD work was overwritten and I didn't realize it. Replaced it again and all is right with the world. A link to the file can be found in Star UI HUD Posts. Thanks.
As larsieman1988 said, one of them. The Vulture. The other one came with the update. That's why it's no requirement for this fix. So it doesn't matter for this fix if you've bought the Creation Club content or not.
Yeah, I assume this is more a workaround than anything else really. The buttons also indicate this. Actually a good thing Bethesda did there. Actually integrating a feature that helps modders.
I actually assumed I couldn't interact with it because it's the paid content, I guess not. I don't suppose it is because your game is in German, since mine isn't and I ran into the same bug. Thanks for the fix!
Ah, good to know. So I can cross that out. :-) I'm also glad I was able to help you out there. Still wondering who's affected by that - especially because people might start to think like you that they put in paid content and just block this off like that. x)

Go into your Starfield settings, Interface and deactivate "Show item information in HUD". That fixed a few issues for me.
You have to buy the Vulture quest if you haven't already.
