Can this be added at any time or does it need to be present at NG plus?

That’s a good question. I think it depends on when the hidden perks are calculated and applied. I doubt this would have an effect if you installed this in the middle of playing NG+5, say, but would probably take effect once you entered NG+6.

By any chance you install this mod midgame or mid NG+ run and wasn't sure if the perk change or not you can remove playerunitydmgperk
      manually with command

      player.removeperk 0000b964

you can even add immune to EM dmg too with

      player.addperk 00012a50

cheers, i love the mod but wasn't sure if the mod changes hidden perk mid run so i'd share a bit

      hellblazer,

Where did you find that perk ID?  I’ve looked everywhere I can, and was unable to find it.
      I’m very curious how/where it’s defined.

      Cheers

You can crack open my mod in either xEdit or CreationKit and see all modified entries if you don’t know the editor ID already

thx for this mod, had no idea the game had this lame hidden enemy "scaling"
I guess it kinda makes sense for the vanilla game when you level up and the enemies stay the same

but I play with Royal Arena mod so all the enemies are levelled up to near my level (some like varuun are even much higher than me, like 30-60 levels above me)

I am level 130 on NG0 and have all the combat skills by now and guns upgraded to max so not sure I want the enemies to be any tougher, with the Royal Arena and also the 1.5x enemy count the game is about right when playing on extreme difficulty

so I guess I will be grabbing this before going through unity which I plan to do soon as I have almost no quests left to play
since the royal mod will keep scaling the enemies to my level the enemies will be spongier and spongier with every NG+ and the elite enemies and already quite spongy now

Thanks for the feedback! Yeah, this should make the Unity jump more seamless for you.

And I’ll make a plug here for WykkydGaming’s DarkStar Manufacturing which adds more weapon upgrade options, including new legendaries that are only unlocked after multiple unity jumps

Hi Manic! Perhaps you can help with this :)

According to LOOT, it says your Mod requires blueprintsships-starfield.esm as a master; but it is always forced to be loaded last, causing potential issues.

Do you have any experiences with issues and/or suggestions for fixes?

Edit: Only the original release has this issue, not the updated one.

I would've thought one would get stronger after trips through the Unity, not weaker.

Interesting idea — I could reverse the slope on the perk curves, which would have that effect. But I do worry about being supremely OP by your tenth Unity visit.

since you're getting big ass mzfk with ton of skills and powers, obviously they try to give you some challenge. i'd go the same way. otherwise you'll be bored killing ants everywhere

This mod is really nice, I had no idea unity did this, and I was stuck in a spongefest.
Although, I have to ask if you can tell me what variables were changed? I think I might want to try out a "Halfway" version where it keeps the scaling, but at half strength.

I’ll have to refresh my own memory! But a halfway version is a really good idea. I’ll post in a sticky with the variables so you and others can play around. It would also be cool to tie this to a gameplay setting, if I can swing it.

Everything here is handled in PlayerUnityDmgPerk which does all the scaling

Yep I just discovered the Unity penalised you like this. Glad I stumbled across this now before doing NG10 for Shattered Space!
