When I install this one, I cannot launch my game anymore?
The SFSE Launcher and several other SFSE files are missing from my game folder with this one enabled. When I disable/uninstall it, everything is back to normal...
I've been using this since it was released (and I love this mod!)...is this still needed, considering the most recent update (1.15.216) has, at long last (lol), finally incorporated native widescreen support?
EDIT: Yep, this mod is still needed. I was informed that the "native ultrawide screen support" only applies to game play, but does not apply to menus. What the frick Beth. Really?! That's a paddlin'. Why would you (Beth) add native widescreen support, but not do it in its fullest capacity (i.e. including menus, which is the most important part of ultrawide screen support), I mean that's the purest definition of half-assing something. Sheesh.

Does this alter how "3D scene rects" are drawn? I've been trying to figure out why item cards in StarUI workbench UIs are stretched and moved, but I haven't been able to find any cause within the SWF files themselves. Adjusting the item cards via StarUI INIs doesn't work, since it moves both the border and the rectangle together.

Yes, the menu renderer needs to match the monitor's aspect ratio. I added support for the vanilla menus but the mod edited ones might not be compatible without a patch. If you know JPEXS Flash Decompiler, the surface object where the item is rendered needs to be shrank because they were made for 16:9 while the ultrawide output expects them to be 21:9, causing them to be stretched.
Hi Larann, do you have any tips on how to edit these? I know the basic of JPEXS Flash Decompiler. I want to make patches for the Compact Mission and Compact Crew List.
