    I'm running into an issue: The model does not appear when trying to modify the pistol at a weapon workbench.  It also does not show in the item menu.  However, it does show my character holding it on the main screen of the menu.  It also shows up in game with no issue (along with the ammo at vendors).

    The only two mods below this one in my load order is the HVAP and a mod that modifies contraband.  

    Edit: Just saw in a bug post for the Alliance H9 that it looks like the game update might be the cause of this.

      Seeing this with any mod-added weapons. have you found a workaround for it?

      Not yet.  I'm hoping it's just that they need to be updated to work with the recent game update.

      I also seem to be having that issue.  In addition, none of the red dot optics are visible on the pistols. The pistols just look like someone physically removed the sight and didn't put irons on.  However the holographic iron sights don't seem to have the same issue.

    For Some Reason, the Laredo M2 seems to take the Hud Icon and Ammo type (Icon) for the STI 2011. IS this a bug? or knowing my luck only something I'm running into? It's not much of an issue just a little funky.

      I have been trying out several standalone weapon addons, and one thing I have noticed is that all of them are using a vanilla weapon icon on the HUD. For example, this M2 and the P80 are using the icon for the 1911/2311, and the Stingray uses the icon from the Tombstone. I don't recall seeing any addon weapons that have new custom HUD icons. And in a few cases, addon weapons are even missing their icon in the weapons workbench. But this doesn't affect their functionality.

      It's probably due to the limited tools available right now for mod authors. For the most part, without the CK and other primary tools, the only thing available is xEdit, and there's only so much that can be done with that. I'm going to assume that changing out the HUD icons requires something that isn't yet available.

    Whenever I download the rattler replacer mod it never actually replaces the rattler model. however when I go to the workbench i can see the frames. any tips on how to fix this issue?

    How exactly do I acquire this in-game? It isn't in Industrial workbench? help Laredo 4 weap comes up empty???
    Disregard, I failed to install after extracting... ooops!!
    Ran into issues... Have PAF installed and tried loading it both Higher and Lower in load order with this pistol mod added and cannot fully load into the game. If I disable this mod I can load into the game with no issues
    Did not have either mod loaded previously. I also have the Alliance H9 installed, and it is working fine.

      PAF needs to be updated. And when you update PAF, you also need to update the H9, the files changed names, they won't recognize themselves without the update. Have you updated them?

      So what exactly is happening? When activate the LaredoM2 Plugin the game crashes to desktop on loading the save?

      Yes Save starts to load and then Desktop... I assume some sort of mod conflict, but it would be playing Russian Roulette with close to 170 active mods to find which it is

      This might be a conflict with another mod that also uses RTFP, if some other mod adds another item with the same FormID as mine, it'll crash the game.
      One user reported that the MarkM SpaceSuit has this conflict, and removing the mod fixes it.

      in the console, type:
      help "9x19 Ultra" 4 ammo

      You should get a listing that looks like
      AMMO 9x19bunchofgibberish (xxxxxxxx)

      Using the number in parenthesis, enter the following into the console (without the parenthesis):
      player.additem (number from search) (amount of ammo you want)

    for some reason this is not showing in game.. how can i look it up in the console?

      Just had a play around to figure this out for you.
      "help m2 4 weap"
      The M2 has to be lower case. It will give you a random version.

      Also dont forget if it isnt showing up ingame still, to make sure you are adding the "*[weap]STI_2011.esm" to your plugin.txt file.

      oh ok I've been adding the name of the actual esm. file. so mine was  *Pistol_Laredo_M2.esm. just out of curiosity why is this one different, do you know?
      Either way thank you soooo much I've been messing with it all weekend. you are a scholar and a gentlemen.

      im confused as well, where do people find the plugin.txt text ( *Pistol_Laredo_M2.esm this one)? on some *mods, there is an instruction, but this one is not there. or am I just so blind

      To be honest if its a plugin and seems to have a .esm file its a simple matter of copying the exact file name and adding .esm on the end.
      With vortex right click on the mod and open the file location to get at them.

      For some reaon some modders dont add it, which im guessing is because they think people should know by now. But i can be confusing if the file names have extra bits or keys in the name.

      Outrora has seemingly not added the instruction on this and the assault rifle, but they are infact on their other mods and even in the comments section.

      sheesh, thanks. i thought im the one who was not thorough enough at looking. yes, as you said, this one .esm is different. after using this one "*[weap]STI_2011.esm" the mod working fine

    I have noticed that weirdly when using the pistols, the animation if they are standalone seems ot have the arms hugely raised instead of showing just the hands. is this normal?

      But you can still shoot right? Like, the sights are still aligned?

      Yep the pistol is fully centered. What it looks like is for some reason your characture is afraid of it, so is holding it in front of the with their arms fully extended. I didnt realise but its the same with all the pistol.
      Weirdly enough the new Rifle on is spot on without any odd animations.
