I might do it in the future, but I don't currently have plans to do so, sorry.

This is lovely. (Your skin mods too!) Would you consider a patch to resolve a few conflicts between this and gn's Distributed Shipbuilder Schematics? Both systems seek to alleviate the problem in different ways, but I honestly like the option of both together.

It's probably not something I'd do, unfortunately. I tend to not create patches for my mods as maintaining them has given me a lot of stress in the past. If someone wanted to make that sort of patch though, they're welcome to do so.

Doesn't work for me. Installed via Vortex and added the plugin desc (UnleveledShipParts.esm) to the plugin file.

Hm, it works fine for me. I've just tested it on a new save without issue, but I'm using Mod Organizer 2 as I've had issues with Vortex with Starfield in the past. You could try that if it continues to a problem.

That said, it's not the easiest to see if it's working or not, as there's very little clear indication, other than higher tier options being available in the ship builder. The easiest way to check is to see if you've got the Amun Dunn Theta Pinch E9 Reactor available, as that's not available in the base game.

I hate to be the Mod organizer 2 guy, because for the longest time i REFUSED to use MO2, but for starfield? just do it dude. I spent 5 hours in 1 sitting trying to get Vortex to just cooperate with me. It seemed like everything was in the right folders and all sorted, but NOTHING worked. I got sick of it, ran out of options, and folded. I got MO2, and it all "just worked" in classic Todd fashion. Save yourself the 7 or 8 hours I wasted, and just get MO2. It seems really weird at first if you use vortex, like i do for every game that ISNT starfield, but the important bits are easy to use.

I use Vortex and am running over 200 mods. I dont think Vortex is the issue...

No, something like this would have to be specifically created for any mods that add new ship parts. You have to manually edit each crafting recipe to remove the level requirements, and as far as I'm aware, you can't use Real Time Form Patcher or anything similar to that right now. In theory someone could create an xEdit script that could do it automatically for a given set of crafting recipes, but I wouldn't know how to go about that myself.

Hi. Is this mod compatible with "Ultimate Shipyards Unlocked"?

It's compatible for the most part, but that mod already features options for removing the level requirements, so it can do the main part of this mod, excluding the additional fixes/changes I've done.

Because of that, if you're using the individual plugins from that mod, I'd recommend switching from the no level requirements plugin in it and using this one instead, but stick with that mod if you're using the all in one option for it.
