Yes, they can. I was wandering around some random planet when one attacked me. It got in a couple good hits before I remembered to hit F8, but it backed off immediately, and apologized, sorry that it hadn't recognized me.
Very cool mod. I hope something like the fallout 4 beast master mod will be implemented someday. I always loved catching different animals to use in my beast master play throughs.
Unfortunately, someone else has to do that. At the moment I can only limit myself to the Stafield console. And when the Starfield mod maker is officially out. Someone will definitely take care of it. Then there's definitely something like AFT (Amazing Follower Tweaks) or something like that. And certainly more special companions too.
ps. Some animals change color when you are on other planets.
Thanks for this CCR verison, I'm going to test this tonight as I should. I have no problem using SFSE and CCR because I use them for other mods so they are already indispensable. Thanks again for keeping your mod up to date I'll get back to you
