Hi, I'm trying to locate the storage box. I don't see any.... I have followed the steps you indicate to help the student and add the console line. The image that the other compiled appears What solution can be done?

Installed via Vortex, updated my plugin file, checked and reset every container in the Lodge basement, and can't find the rifle. "Back Left" room...is that the one with the orange computer screens? (Cora's room?) Any tips on how I might have borked this?
That didn't work either. Even went thru the Unity to see if that changed things. It did not. The error message I get (when trying player.additem) is "invalid inventory object '00087549' for parameter Object ID" and "Compiled script not saved" (with 00087549 being the number that "help.trainee" returned) Got the same number both before and after Unity.
Thanks for the image. That is not the weapon in your image, in console. It would be DarkStar Trainee's Maelstrom just like the title of the mod. Looks to me like the mod isn't loaded properly.
I couldn't tell you what was wrong. I don't have access to your PC. However, the mod works for over a hundred people just fine. If searching for Trainee in console doesn't show DarkStar Trainee's Maelstrom, then the mod is not loaded.
I don't know if you got this working yet, but make sure that you don't have the same problem that I did when I first installed this mod -- It requires another mod to work properly. Make sure that other mod loads first. Once I did that, everything worked as designed!
No need to be pedantic, everyone knows what Full Auto means, and Full Auto is in common use. Just like the whole clips vs. magazines argument. And don't even go to the here's my rifle and here's my gun arguments :-) Personally I'm quite happy to have many clips for my full auto imaginary gun and even more happy to have a really fun new weapon to play with.
This is good fun. So far I have found about thirty of them in loot all across the settled systems. Is this intentional or is some other mod possibly doing this? (Darkstar?)
It's because I used an existing chest spawn, which was linked to that location in The Lodge. If I swap the chest to limit that, it won't load for people who have already loaded the game cell. So, it's really a dicey situation. Easiest, I suppose, would be to remove the loot drop entirely and force use of console to give yourself the weapon, but... meh. Think of the extras as bonus credits, or just don't loot them. It doesn't hurt anything.

Tried with NG+ and created new character.
help trainee returns an ID of 00087549 but get invalid inventory object when trying to add.
I even moved the mod to last one of my load order but still the same. Not sure if it's one of my other mods causing it to not work but do not know.
edit: got 10+ mods loaded rn with no problems from them

Yes, this relies on DarkStar Manufacturing. That mod optionally relies on DarkStar Astrodynamics, depending on your choices during the fomod install.
