Not to seem impatient, but was wondering if there's a status update or ETA on the update? Is the issue due to the nif problem that came with the new update, or is it more complex than that? Is this something that can be fixed with the nif repair tool?
can't get this one to work for some reason, not showing up in game, nor through console commands (viewer string not available). your STI 1911 mod is working fine however, and I downloaded them both the same way and added them to the plugins.txt
any help is appreciated, as these seem to be the highest quality weapon mods on the nexus at the moment.
Things can get messy pretty easily without a mod manager, I recommend using MO2.
Manually should work if you put everything on the Starfield main Data folder. But you need a way to activate the plugin somehow, which is what the plugins.txt is useful for.
I appreciate the reply. I figured out what my issue was.
I had installed it correctly, but the pistol that spawned, spawned with one of 2 red dot sights that cause the pistol to turn invisible. I simply changed the optic to the iron sights and it appeared as normal.
Which idk why a red dot would cause the entire pistol to disappear, but either way I got it working.
Just wanted to second that the whole gun seems to disappear when you equip any reflex sight other than the Arboron one. Using the Sidestar replacer version, installed via Vortex.
Hmmm, It's very weird, i've tried installing this and the STI mod that you have made, but the mesh of the gun doesn't change if i use the sidestar replacer. Though icon and weapon mods on the bench display another thing, the mesh simply doesn't show. Don't really know what i am doing wrong, but i am using mo2 ^^
Both mods i can't change the mods on, only skin, there is a little lockicon on them both the glock and the STI, when i have them both enabled. But properly just something on my side, i've been modding for awhile after work little by little, so might have some other mod i forgot about that might conflict.
Oh ok, so the the pistol probably came with a bugged attachment. In this case you have to spawn the pistol until it comes without this bugged attachment, it should work.

Make sure you all double check the .esm name in your plugins.
Well that still doesn't work. This won't show up. Installed with Vortex, enabled in plugins, nothing in command console.It is prefixed with [weap]
I'm willing to bet I installed this incorrectly, but the files are different from all my other mods, and I have no idea where the BA2 files go.
