is the e-11 blaster invisible in the inventory for anyone else? its visible in my hands and in the world just invisible in the inventory. using starUi if that makes any difference. all other weapons from these replacer mods show up at least of the ones i found.

Hey Crozzbow, which files are only for the Z-6? I have currently the Outer Rim Armaments installed and only look for the Minigun to replace :D

Try delete everything except the minigun folder then. Material and textures are named after the z6 so look out for that and keep it too

    Heya!
Love your weapon mods, btu I got two problems.
    1. Aiming down the sights is completly impossible, since the char just lowers the weapon. No sights, nothing. Is that intended, since you literally cant use them in first person.
    2. I noticed that the shots of the weapons love to get stuck on walls. Weaponmodel is on the enemy, radical is on the enemy, laser is stuck in the cover.

    Cheers!

the models aren't meant to be used for a first person shooter so yeah, unfortunately there is nothing I can do about that atm.
I tried as best as I could to adjust the first person view with each weapon but with some weapons it is very hard indeed.

the projectile is another issue I am aware of. I am working on a version 2, combining all weapon mods into one and using another projectile. I hope that will fix at least those issues.

Could we get a version of this mod with vanilla sounds for xbox? 🙏🏼
The other 4 works perfectly and the vanilla sounds don't bother me. Thank you for all the amazing Starwars mods. They are essential for my game now.

Hey crozzbow, lovin your Star Wars mods on PC and Xbox but noticed your disclaimer on the Xbox version about packing the sound file into .ba2 format. I don’t know what methods you have tried so far but hopefully some of what of I know of can help.

    1. I use to have to pack Gambits Weaponsmith Extended 2 for Fallout 4 on pc for my own personal use and he mentions while packing to keep the sound files loose from the main.ba2 and textures.ba2 files when packing main and textures in his post section. Link can be found here: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/10737?tab=posts

    2. I also did some searching and found a Reddit post in the FalloutMods section with a user having issues with the long distance sound playing instead of the close distance sound when shooting after packing to .ba2 format. Another user suggested to pack the Materials, Meshes and Scripts with General/Default for the format and compression, then change the compression to “NONE” before packing the audio files. Link can be found here: https://www.reddit.com/r/FalloutMods/comments/8xuaxw/fo4_sound_not_working_when_packing_loose_files/

Hope this somehow helps you out for the console versions man 🙂

Think it would be cool to have all the star wars weapon mods bunched into 1 overhaul. Especially for xbox users with vanilla sounds. If you really want to do a star wars overhaul on xbox it's a lot of mods.

Yeah im planning to rework the weapon replacer mod series and making it one big overhaul.
File size may be a problem though. There seems to be a limit around 1gb for creations mods

Hopefully it works out! I just went back to vanilla weapons for the time being. Just cause we can't console command on xbox to use vanilla projectiles. Wonder if that would help save on the file size? I have most of your overhauls and they work great! Just missing weapons but when I add all the replacers my xbox hates me lol. Your mods are essential so I don't mind waiting on updated version.

The bolts wont affect the file size. Most of it are textures. They eat up like 90% of the mod

Hey Crozzbow, just wanted to let you know that I tested out using the Hollywood Laser Bolts projectile model nifs from Fallout 4 as a replacement for the ones in your mod. It turns out they work out of the box if you rename the model files and look incredible. If you're able to, I'd highly recommend using those in your mods, with their permission of course.

i highly doubted it since fallout and starfield use a very different nif file structure to begin with but I tried it anyway.
No, this doesnt work. The bolts are invisible. You cant just use Fallout nifs for Starfield or vice versa

I've noticed when I used your weapon replacer and then DracTech Personal Fireamrs! Particle damage-based weapons below it. It actually works pretty well.
Of course it's not Star Wars accurate but it's a nice substitute for blaster bolts and you can aim through smaller openings to hit enemies.

Is there a compatible mod for the flashes and sparks from laser projectiles? It looks sad how the laser just disappears into the wall as a small speck.
Mod "EXE - Effect Textures Enhanced" does not affect replaced weapons

hello there xbox one series x enjoyer here im just here to give feedback on the weapon replacer mods as i had them installed from the creation club ill be brief firstly excellent mods now the points im here to let you know of
    > blaster bolts the hit boxes are too big on em an example i can give of this causing a problem is being unable to snipe through smaller gaps and the in game lean around cover feature attempting to shoot from a lean around cover the bolts just hit the object your leaning around
    >the crimson fleet assualt rifle has its texture bugged no idea why but an unmodified weapon looks like the screenshots a red rifle but a modded up one has its texture bug out looks really janky(its the scope mod that causes it)
    >weapons without scopes can be very difficult to aim down sights with somtimes im just pointing the entire back of the blaster over the target just praying for it to be on target makes iron sighted sniping an excersise in frustration in particular the trando slug gun maybe try and create a version of these that has offset irons/reflex sights for aiming also weapons with scopes in the right places to used as reflex sights could be made to work kinda like the pipe weapon reflex sights in vanilla fallout 4 maybe
    >the bolts could stand to be a bit faster
    >youve already had this mentioned to you sound effects they would add so much
    >reload animations could be better
    > blasters are also firing the wrong colored bolts
    > some weapons should change when modded up il give an example the dc15s should change from the stubby lil clone rifle to the long boy clone rifle all clones in starwars attack attack of the clones episode 2 use i know its still a grendel but the fire rate would feel right i think
any ways this all the feedback i could think of this is for all of your weapon replacers btw hope to hear back and i hope you keep up the good work
