Changelogs
Version 1.1
Added script, magic effect and spell to track when the player is leaving and entering sealed environments to apply the affect again. This fixes the issue of the transparency being removed if the suit is hidden in a sealed environment.
Version 1.0
Initial Upload
I realize there are other mods that do this and there is nothing wrong with them, but some remove the transparency when in combat (I didn't want this), sometimes the effect wouldn't persist between cell changes (I fixed this by tracking when the player changes cells) and sometimes the effect had to be manually applied using an aid item or hotkey of some sort. I didn't want to think about it. I just wanted it to always be transparent.
This mod is simple. It tracks the player through cell changes and applies the effect automatically. It also applies the effect when a Starborn suit is equipped and when the player loads a save game. As of v1.1, it also tracks when the player enters and leaves a sealed environment and reapplies the effect if the suit was hidden. This means the visor is always transparent without ever having to think about it.
NOTE: There is one scenario where you might need to think about it. If you change the auto hide settings for your spacesuit to "Show Spacesuit in Settlements" while wearing the spacesuit, the helmet will not be transparent. Removing and reequipping the suit will make it transparent.
