Thanks for this. Much improved, it looks great. --- Endorsed.
No issues. --- After wondering why everything wasn't working or looked wrong, I narrowed the problem down to my stupidity of managing to add the needed line to my StarfieldPrefs.ini instead of putting it in the StarfieldCustom.ini. and then compounding the error by initially downloading and installing the 2560x1080 file when my monitor is 3440x1440.
The frames appear in photo mode but when viewing the saved image it does not save the frames, only the photo alone, do you have any idea what could be the problem? Still, thank you for your work, it is appreciated.
Honestly haven't encountered this problem. It sounds like the game perceives the frames as part of the photo mode interface and forcibly disables them when saving a photo. It is quite possible that some command in some .ini file does this, or some other mod interferes with the photo mode's behavior, but I won't say for sure.
Hi, thanks for the mod, but I am having a small issue, playing on 3440x1440 and the frames are slightly over to the right, leaving a gap that shows the game on the left.
please see image.
Any help on why it would be doing this, would be appreciated.
Sorry for the late reply. It seems to be a slightly different ratio than what I have (although technically referred to as 21:9). Anyway, this is known game bug, and can be solved by adding the missing pixels to the right side of the frame. Here, I modified this particular frame a bit. If it works, I'll modify the rest of the frames to fit this resolution.
Ugh, so close! This time I tweaked 2 frames, each one a bit differently, to have something to build on. Flight Manual and Viewfinder. Second one looks like this:
Big thanks for the feedback, btw! It really helps, especially since neither I nor anyone I know has a monitor with that resolution.
Okay, I'm back and can continue to fight this stupid bug (unless the latest patch fixed it on its own). One of these should definitely work. Flight Manual and Viewfinder.

So... it went flawlessly.

Anyway, almost got it, there is a slight gap on the other side now lol 😆
Thank you for doing this I and I am sure other 3440x1440 users appreciate it.
Flight Manual and Viewfinder.

Still have a gap on both of those on the right side.

Flight Manual and Viewfinder.
The expression says it all. they both fit great.
