Ragdoll physics will last for a maximum of 15 seconds after the spell hits. If you yeet someone into orbit on a low gravity planet, they will "stand up" in midair and fall back to the ground after a bit. This timer resets if you hit them with the power again, so you can still push someone all the way across New Atlantis if you really want to. This one can also happen with any ragdolled NPC. Might be an intentional limit on Bethesda's part.
This actually makes some sense. If you launch someone on a long enough flight they would have time to recover and re-orient themself while still in mid-air. Especially if the victim has a boost pack, they would logically stabilize their tumbling and use their boost pack to land safely if they have enough time before impact.
Yeah. I realized that this limit was most likely put in place for zero g environments. With the way the game works, if an enemy gets ragdolled in those, they would never leave that state without the time limit.
Still worth mentioning though, since it looks a little goofy.
Installed everything correctly, updated the plugin.txt, doesn't work for me..I mean npc's just basically fall over, nothing like the video shows. oh well.

If you are still seeing knockdown animations though, you either have a mod conflict, or it isn’t installed correctly.
