    This was a lot of work and I hope you enjoy it.

    I am reluctant to become a Discord moderator-- but here is a link to a WIP Royal Galaxy discord. No rules yet, but I expect it to be a classy and positive place built around a love of Starfield and a desire to improve it. =)

    This is offered primarily so I can offer faster support and receive feedback and bug reports in a more casual form than here, especially as this doesn't make it easy to send pictures. A screenshot is worth a thousand words if you encounter a bug.

    Very honored to be at 200 endorsements and almost 3k downloads in the first month of release. Maybe if it hadn't been the shortest month. =)

    Please only update Royal Galaxy when you are sure you have a stable game and all SFSE plugins updated. That way, you can be sure a report to me (which I will take very seriously and feel very anxious about) is accurate.


    To avoid the comments here getting overrun, I created some forum threads for specific topics. You are still welcome to post about these topics here if you prefer. It's not the end of the world. =)

    Future plans: Mostly refining what is already in the package rather than any large additions. There is still a lot of dialogue to tweak and restore.

    1. Bug & Incompatibility Reports


    🐛🐛Please report bugs, incompatibilities, and save issues under "bugs". 🐛🐛

    Please share your full plugins.txt, as that will almost always be the first question I ask.

    I am eager to learn every possible incompatibility. Then I would like to download the mods myself and make patches.

    Right now, I am getting incredibly conflicting information about whether or not this is compatible with Starfield Extended - Craftable quality.

    Adding something this large to an existing playthrough, of course, has some risk. Create a save and if bugs start appearing, please report a bug and let me know. For general advice of modding safely, see [guide not yet written.]

    Please note that if you encounter issues mid-game, removing mods or changing their load order will most likely only make them worse and potentially permanently doom your save. If you want to start messing with load order to try to solve a problem, I suggest backing up your plugins.txt.

    Adding new mods is usually safe, especially if they are added late and do not alter your load order.

    2. Design Discussion

    A place to discuss if anything included isn't Vanilla + or should be removed

    I want this to be a no-brainer install for people who want a better Starfield experience. If you feel I included something highly subjective, let me know in that thread. Obviously, some of us will never fully agree (I like lots of Terrormorph encounters; if you don't, this probably won't be for you). But I can try to meet people in the middle and include optional files to revert specific changes. Also, update, I added a patch to reduce Terrormorph encounters, so maybe we can make everyone happy =)

    3. What do you want standalone ASAP?

    I know some people will not want to install this whole bundle and might not be happy with the # of features that are currently exclusive to it. Please use that thread to let me know what you want me to release as a standalone ASAP.

    5. Experienced users, share your working load orders/copy and paste your plugins.txt here!

    Without LOOT, it can be hard for people to figure out how to organize their mods.

    If you're someone enjoying Royal Galaxy and a combination of other mods, it might be a huge help to someone with similar tastes if you share your plugins.txt file here. You can just copy and paste. =) 

    4. Anything I missed?
    If there are any obvious QOL tweaks I forgot to include, let me know.

    This game has a plugin limit and I want to help alleviate people reaching that.

    If you write something and I don't reply to you within a reasonable amount of time, feel free to give me a nudge. It's not my intention to ignore anyone. =)

      Totally agree. LOVE this mod, and can't wait to re-install it again, specially after the new game features/additions that came with the 1.12.30 update (and now 1.12.32 just dropped, lmao)! Take your time JaeDL! No need to rush! The wait will always be worth it!

      I really appreciate the kindness! I HATE the feeling of being behind.

      This should still be working fine with latest patch; I just have a few changes I want to make that should be safe to update from this version to newest.

      The Sunday night CK launch really caught me off guard on top of a very demanding work week. I have learned what will need to be done to do so, and will get to work on it ASAP.

      It caught everyone off-guard, as everything pointed to a fall release due to lack of communication from BGS. Hopefully you can update this soon with updated instructions due to the CK release. I stopped playing to wait for mods to update, but the few hrs I did play felt a lot harder than vanilla. I actually died a few times on the very first fight before I adjusted lol. Liking it so far

      When you do port to xbox can you name it aio mod? I have bad eyes and it would help me know that it's the one I should download.

    Bumping this !
    Is there any way to change static numerical values, specifically the Quest Credit reward increase? Or a way to delete it, entirely? I tried accessing the esm file but it all comes out in jibberish, on notepad anyway lol
    I just wanna change the credit reward buff from 13,000 to around 5000.

      You need xedit to to change anything in an .esm. Or possibly the Creation Kit that supposedly dropped today.

      Don't suppose you know how to access this mod via the CK tools, yet? Elsewise a basic instruction from that xedit reccomendation will do!

      The new CK doesn't seem to want to load properly for me. As far as xedit, you'd have to google tutorials on how to set it up for Starfield and how to use it. I started playing with it modding the Fallout series.

      This isn't too tough to do. I can put a patch that optionally removes the changes to mission rewards. =) Please remind me if I don't get around to that sort of patch in the next week.

      Woo, that'd be grand!
      For the record, it's nothing against its inclusion in this overhaul, in fact it works perfectly well, even with Starvival's economy changes! I just like to reduce all prices down, just so that I don't have to deal with thousands of numerics for credits and increase the value of common items :D

    On front page it says that Royal Galaxy is combatible with everything. I actually found that "Numbered Weapon and Armor Marks" is not combatible and is not working when Royal Galaxy is on.  Any chance to fix it?

    Now, I haven't even updated the game waiting for mods to catch up or redone in CK, but just as a heads up: Concept Art Akila was updated as an .esp in the Nexus, while the version in Creations looks to have been properly saved as an .esm. It is recommended that mods shared with the community be saved as some sort of .esm (full, medium or light) and .esp's are for Creation Kit work, as they may not work correctly with Starfield.

    Just an FYI since you provide the Akila weather patch for that mod.

      I would avoid using any mods that are using the .ESP format, as recommended by our Community Manager (Pickysaurus), unless of course one is a masochist (not kink shaming! xP) and enjoys headaches from breaking one's game, lol.  xD

    Loving this mod!  Quick question, when using TN's Melee Mod mod, should I load it before or after RoyalGalaxy? Had it working before but have removed and shifted my load order a few times to get rid of other mods.  Cheers!

      FYI, seems Bugthesda added mods and tiers to melee weapons with patch 1.12.30.

      Never expected it. Shouldn't affect anything with this mod and TN adds much more than tiers with cool mods and stuff. :)

      I'll be curious (when SFSE is updated and I download update) to see what damage values they chose compared to TN/me/other modders :)

      Lmao, I guess Beth finally realized that having vanilla guns having tiers and mods, while vanilla melee weapons didn't, is kinda dumb, lol---about damn time, pfft!

      So maybe I should hold off for now, on re-installing Royal Galaxy? I'm gonna re- re- RE- restart a new playthrough from scratch, yet again (lol), when I re-install this mod into 1.12.30...gonna try and play vanilla for now (nnnnnooooooooooo, lol).  :D

      Let me rephrase that better...
      So is it safe to install this, with the recent Starfield Update 1.12.30, taking into account the changes/additions that Bethesda made to various vanilla game systems? Will this be getting an update for 1.12.30?  (  * 3*)

    LOL, I updated, but almost forgot to grab the "Royal TN's Melee Weapons Patch Beta" that compliments the latest update, hehe.
    Yeah I LOOOVE that mod (TN's Melee Weapon Modifications and Tiers), one of my all-time-favs; makes melee combat worth doing and hella more enjoyable and fun!  ♥

      Yes, TN's Melee Weapon Modifications and Tiers is hella awesome. It makes finding/collecting melee weapons (and their use in combat) actually fun and more enjoyable, if you enjoy customizing your weapons. Bethesda made the guns customizable, but not the melee weapons? Pfft, Bethesda, pfft.  *throws a chancla at Bethesda*  xD

      LOL, went straight with the nuclear option. I'll install TN Melee after Royal Galaxy and see how it plays out. I can always uninstall if I don't like it. So far the only recommendation I didn't install is the Legendary Mod Recycler as I feel it trivializes the loot search

      Legendary Recycler 100% trivializes loot. I debated whether or not to play with it for ages. As of right now, I just find it more fun.

      TN's is 100% compatible and should be loaded after. I've always run it myself or I'd have added the extra weapon tiers etc. I try not to make mods that already exist.
