Well folks, this is all new item, currently not even available in the B.A.S.E. mod!
To install please download and extract package, place .ESM in usual place and place .NIF in the Data folder including the whole path as in the ZIP archive. If model is not showing make sure you try both <gameinstall directory>/Data and/or .../My Games/Data/Meshes/Lux/...
For more detailed instructions you can check the page of the B.A.S.E. mod as it contains detailed info, instructions, articles, many pictures, and so on.
If you have issues please post on the main mod page, it's easier to follow-up for me.
This mod REQUIRES BASE.esm as its master, because it uses some of the stuff from it (snap points, and so on). So in Plugins.txt you need to add this file after BASE.esm (though game will usually take care of it itself as well, but better safe than sorry).
