Anyone else having trouble getting this working? I've re-installed several times using MO2 to no avail. All of my other mods are working fine and I even tried installing manually out of desperation. Nothing. They don't even show up in the console command window when I search for them, so as far as I can tell, the mod file isn't being loaded or is empty. Help?
do you have any other mods that might conflict with this mod, for example "lots more neuroamps"? try putting this mod very low in your load order and see if you find them via console command. The file isn't empty, maybe it's just missing in your plugin.txt file and doesn't get loaded?
For one my mod manager was not changing the load order for whatever god damn reason. I changed the load order in the .txt file manually and got it to load. Second, I was searching for "Neuro" and "NeuroKeen" (copied from your mod page) with no success. On a whim, I decided to try searching for "Neura" instead (with an A instead of an O) and sure enough, the console found your mods. Apparently, the console only searches for the internal name and does not take the display name (the one the user actually sees in-game) into account; which I did not know. Since the item is called "NeuraLink_Somethingsomethingsomething" it wasn't finding it.
All good now. But my god that was frustrating. Sorry for blaming your mod but I really was out of ideas.
no problem, therefore we got the comments section. Yeah I used the other neuroamps mod as a base and last ging I changed were the names. Thats why the internal names differ lol Sorry for the confusion!
Increase the chance of things working at all , I have to constantly reload my save because my attempts fail even though my skill is maxed out . The only way to sneak is to use your void form , and it works so well it feels like your cheating . The other sneak mechanics don't work at all , you can stand up and they wont see you with void form . But with chameleon form they can see you even when you're crouched and not moving , totally broken . Persuasion skills fail more times than they work , so you have to pay more credits than you can even earn doing the quests , I just gave up and consoled myself some credits . I'm supposed to be able to use my skills on people who are 20 levels higher than me , how did an NPC that does absolutely nothing scale to a higher level than me when I had to work my ass off to get to that level . Broken , would you put up with a car that only works 20 % of the time ? How about a gun that only works 20 % of the time . Why should we put up with the game only working 20 % of the time , does my cussing at Todd give Todd a hard on ? Why do all Bethesda games have you working your ass off for little or no reward , why does the hardest lock have nothing but garbage locked up behind it ? I opened a novice lock and found a legendary weapon inside , I opened a hard lock and all I found was a joke inside .
How about NeuroMemory (or NeuroLearn) for additional XP percentages? :)
I think it's generally supposed to be mental so it'd make sense. I'd expect it to be really expensive too. If they can make you more persuasive or intimidating then it could probably do at least what you get with a good night's sleep.
Edit: *breaks leg while using the pack again* Maybe NeuroReflexes to reduce fall damage :|
