A complete overhaul of Vanilla Clouds to make them look less like cotton a give better shape and definition

Starfield clouds look good but to me lack of shape and definition,
in some situations they look like "cotton" and a bit flat
so while i am trying to learn "houdini" to one day pop out my own clouds,as i did for Skyrim
here is an overhaul of the Vanilla clouds.

Such that the folder structure looks like this:
