I really like this mod but i cant get the textures to show... any advice? sorry not really great with stuff like this. This isnt my first mod all others work fine only
having trouble with this one even tried disabling all other mods and only use this one still wont show...
Hello, just reinstalled Starfield and just realized the mod does not work any more, will try to fix it but I can't promiss anything cause updates to the game have a tendancy to break mods and I'm not an experienced modder.
Edit : Managed to load the textures using the BA2 archive and adding "Outfit Packs All in One.ba2" in the starfield.ini file. Hope it will help
Hello, glad you like it thanks for your feedback :) You are right the US flag is reversed on one of the shoulder, but I can't fix it because the texture uses only one flag, and one of them is reversed because the texture uses symmetry to display it. The flag is on the right side on the left shoulder and reversed on the right for the white flight suit, with the blue it's the other way. I would like to fix it but it's a vanilla issue ( for example the 1911 markings have the same problem ).
If I can fix it I will but it's not likely, thanks for pointing it out anyway :D
Standalone version maybe (use theenco's tutorial)? Or possibly, if he happens to see this, could the guy that made the custom reskins for certain modded spacesuits that use the skin mod slot in the workbench possibly make a version of that that adds these to the skin options for the suits they currently replace?
I've seen a first mod adding Custom Outfits to the game, Constellation Fleet Uniforms. I think I'll contact the mod author but I don't know if I have the skills to make such a mod.
About the fact that it's replacer, it is also a strength, I've tried to find the best matches between the outfits, the context in witch they are worn and the logos. You'll see corpos wearing expensive brands, workers wearing Cat jumpsuits (Cat is a Building equipment company), many NPCs use the replacers and it looks better with it for my tastes (the Black and Gold Levi's Lethearwear is also worn by many vendors and NPC) . I hope you'll try it out, thanks for your feedback.
Ahh but what fools they would be. If I were them, i would try to pay to make free mods available to place their products.
He is giving them free advertising as a devoted fan of fashion. Just like when mentioned in a book, it is apparent to all that this is not the real product as their products are worn in real life. It might be different if there was a platform to sell the mods to appear in the game, but this is free. It might be different if Bethesda had done it.
Traditionally though, a product pays to be placed in a game or movie, not the other way around unless there is some reason to think that their reputation will be tarnished. No danger of that here.
Would be hard to even justify the cost of the letterhead to send a cease and desist order related to these mods. It would just hurt them and isolate a bunch of fans.
I say lets not the mere possibility that companies have been jerks in the past keep us from doing fun things out of fear. If the companies want to do say something, let them. No reason to act as a gatekeeper for them for free as nobody gets anything out of that. All you do if you get a ceases and desist letter is cease and desist. Until then . . . they might not be aware of it and might not care. Maybe they will encourage him to do more if they knew. Let them decide before we go scaring off a guy for making some fun mods.
From what I've read on the subject a free mod file does not equal Trademark Infringement. There are several factors to take into account, you can check the wiki article it's an interesting read. If I were selling Clothes using these logos I would be infringing on their trademark, but I'm just using the brands in a broad artistic way in a sense, it's not the same thing. Those brands do not sell video games. Brands could ask for the mod to be taken down but my mods are pretty niche and I don't advertise them to the brands, I hope my mode will stay online as I like sharing them, I don't do that for money.
Hope you'll try the mod it's quite immersive, I especially like the Ralph Lauren Slack Suit that every Executive wear it's quite complementary :D

I noticed on the NASA flight suit.. the US Flags.. They should be reversed.. As if waving to the back as the person is moving forward.
OTHERWISE.. GREAT.. was just letting you know for next update.
THANKS

Thanks for your concern,
