@Fenrir You should include Plugins.txt Enabler as a Requirement (since your mod uses an .ESM file), as well as make mention of this process in an Installation instructions section (for newbie modders) on your description page. Otherwise, you will get alot of people not knowing how to install this, and saying your mod doesn't work (because they installed it wrong, or don't know about needing to use Plugins.txt Enabler) (or the sTestFile method *which is strongly not recommended*), when in fact it does work.  :)

Also, hella nice work for your first mod! Looks awesome! Thank you for this! Endorsed!

Edit: Whoaw. I just had a look at this suit ingame, and the screenshots here do not give it justice! This suit looks hella amazing! Awesome details!
(Also...I almost didn't notice the stats, but when I did, whoaw, lol! Hella nice! If you're going to do that, maybe also up the Thermal, Airborne, Corrosive and Radiation stats? Or have an optional file with those stats also upped, heh.)

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------

For anyone who might not know how to install this:
(Steam and Manual Install; I don't use Vortex or MO2; but I'm sure this is probably compatible with Vortex or MO2?)

    Step 1:
    - First, install Plugins.txt Enabler (and its Requirements - Starfield Script Extender (SFSE))

    Step 2:
    - Install this mod by placing the contents of the download archive (but not the folder named Cortana itself; but rather the three folders and the .esm file inside) into either Starfield/Data ...OR... My Games/Starfield/Data (which ever one of those you are using). If done correctly, you should have 'Cortana Bodysuit.esm' file inside your Data folder, and 'geometries', 'meshes', 'Textures' folders also inside your Data folder.

    Step 3:

    - Open up your Plugins.txt file with any text editor; commonly found in 'C:\Users\<name>\AppData\Local\Starfield' (which is set as hidden by default, so you need to change your file/folder view to show hidden files/folders)

    - If you don't have a Plugins.txt file, simply create one (if you're creating one for the first time, type a '#' on the first line).

    - Add the following line to your Plugins.txt file: Cortana Bodysuit.esm
(but also place an asterisk symbol '*' in the beginning; asterisk enables the mod, while removing the asterisk disables the mod)
    Example:
    *Cortana Bodysuit.esm ( = enabled)
    Cortana Bodysuit.esm ( = disabled)

    - If done correctly, your Plugins.txt file should look like this:
    #
    *Cortana Bodysuit.esm

    - As an example, this is what mine looks like:
    #
    *ShipBuilderCategories.esm
    *USU.esm
    *USU - No Level Requirements.esm
    *PlaceDoorsYourself.esm
    JIYTv2CargoExpanderX3.esm
    *JIYTv2CargoExpanderX10.esm
    *JunkInYourTrunk_v2.esm
    *SMSEX_SERIES_AIO.esm
    *BetterShipPartSnaps.esm
    *BetterShipPartSnaps-ReactorsGravDrives.esm
    *Small-C-Class-GravDrives.esm
    *Small-C-Class-Reactors.esm
    *dmLegendaryRecycler.esm
    *dmLegendaryRecyclerHabs.esm
    *AccessibleApparel.esm

    *Cortana Bodysuit.esm
    *Errata.esm
    *FastWalk.esm
    *FlyingJetpack.esm
    *LaserDots.esm
    *LinkedCompanionSuit.esm
    *MoreDramaticGravJumps.esm
    *MoreVisualizedDocking.esm
    *Naked Guards Fix.esm
    *Neon_Entertainers_Z.esm
    *Real Flashlight.esm
    *Sit To Add Ship.esm
    *TankGirlsM41ARifle.esm

    *TNMeleeWeaponModifications.esm
    *TNModdedErrata.esm

    Step 4:
    - Save Plugins.txt

    DONE.

I followed this and added everything manually, and I am still not getting it to show up with console commands or in the workbench. Is there another mod I need to install for the workbench?

Thank you, LisbethSAO, for the reply. I am finally going to reinstall the game and start over, trying to get it right.

Fresh install of the game, loaded mods one at a time and tested them. So far, Cortana is still not showing up using Vortex as the manager. I did have another stand-alone armor set show up and work, Vale Armor. I will maybe try a manual install tomorrow. Currently, Vortex is placing it in a MODS folder with everything else in my games folder under Starfield.  I will keep working on this since I love the suit so much. Thanks for all the help.

      @Kragar2018
      >You don't need any other workbench related mod for this to show up in the Industrial Workbench.

      > If you installed everything correctly, typing 'help Cortana' in the ingame console commands will show search results---make sure you use the proper ID code (if you are using 'player.additem'), as there are a few different Cortana related entries/codes.

      > Make sure your game is updated to current version (1.8.86 ---Some newer mods might not work with older game versions).

      > Make sure you installed the latest versions of Plugins.txt Enabler AND Starfield Script Extender (SFSE) properly.

      > Make sure you add the asterisk (*) in front of the 'Cortana Bodysuit.esm' line when adding it into your Plugins.txt file, located in your 'C:\Users\<name>\AppData\Local\Starfield' folder. (ex: *Cortana Bodysuit.esm)

      > If you installed the mod files into 'Starfield/Data' folder, uninstall it. Then try installing it into the 'My Games/Starfield/Data' folder. Or vice-versa, if you installed it the other way around (switching this sometimes works for some people).

      >If it still does not work for you, then you might be having a mod conflict (you may be using a different mod that is causing problems with this mod).

Sorry for the long break. I will be attempting to redo this mod through creation kit after I learn it. In the mean time wanted to open up the files to anyone who wants them to do what ever with or if someone with more experience can fix the slight bugs with it. Just message me and I will send the creation files.

Posting here in case @xFenrir77x and/or @compucidalusa see this:

To get the pack to show up, the ArmorAddon has to specify a male Biped Model -- compare with the Mantis pack which doesn't specify a female AA variant at all. Also borrowing from the Mantis pack: I added the BM_R_Holster_Aim and BM_R_Holster_Aim_Spring bone modifiers to the (non-glow) AA and removed the Morphable Objects.

Hi, sorry after updating the game. Some parts of the armor are now.... missing textures or are showing black.

I don't really know what is causing it though since I tested it as well with out any mods except this one but it still appears this way. Am hoping anyone can point me in the right direction on how to identify what's the problem and hopefully be able to fix it if its something I unintentionally did to bork this beautiful spacesuit.

That's about as much work as importing this into CK would be, which would also likely fix the texture problem. I'm looking into figuring out how to bring armors and outfits into the CK myself now because virtually all of the authors that have made the armor and clothing mods I want to play with have lost interest in the game and almost all of them are either broken or replace an existing armor.
