Thank you for this! I was trying out a couple of survival mods and couldn't really settle on one. A couple of them were just too bloated and did way too much. One of them made this change, but also handled certain other aspects I did not care for much. I found another one which I ultimately settled on, but missed this feature from the previous mod. This might conflict, but it's nothing a very quick merge patch shouldn't be able to fix. I'll have to take a look at xEdit real quick. Thank you though.
As far as your install instructions go, the root folder is \Data, so that means Vortex will install it fine.
Edit: Can confirm Vortex install works correctly. Just make sure to add it to your Plugins.txt. You can use Plugins Txt Manager to help you do that, or just do it yourself. Same as all other esm mods.
Also, the survival mod I was talking about is Simple Needs and I can confirm there are no conflicts. I have Simple Needs loaded first since it's been installed, but this changes to heal over time and still effects the Simple Needs hunger and hydration systems. xEdit is clean. Compatible.
Using Plugin txt manager is specified in mod requirements. I do not use Simple Needs mod, usually I use my mods, even if I do not post them. Use it well and in good health.
