May at some point offer a FOMOD installer so that options can be easily tweaked. Probably won't happen unless there's suddenly an influx of interest or I get bored.
It doesn't look like it in the front end but I have been working on it. I've been learning as much as I can about the dev tools to successfully create a stable mod for a Bethesda game but it is not a fast process. That and a bunch of stuff on the personal end, but I can for sure say it is coming.
Im experiencing an issue where it shows the correct values for the ships, but when sold, I receive the normal amount. The registration discount works though. Any ideas?
Absolutely no idea about the sale price inconsistencies, this could be a bug in the game itself or is a purposeful decision? I've been experimenting with the experimental creation kit and hope to have a proper .esp available soon for version 3.0.
Mostly same here. I have deleted the first two [[Event]]'s in "BetterShipSales.toml" to get the correct value displayed again. The reduction for the registration is working fine. Thanks @WesternInfluence for your work! I would like to have to opportunity to do the configuration via Vortex.
That's fantastic to hear, that is ultimately my goal to enable full compatibility with all mod organizers as well as a standalone mod that isn't dependent on other mods to function. That being said with my work schedule, trying to learn creation kit has been a lot, especially with the start of trauma season (summer) having kicked off early this year.
Those first two values look for menu open/close events, otherwise you'll see the price increase across all vendors. It definitely sounds like the vendors must have been tweaked at some point.

Update after more testing: At least sometimes ships sell for the full price. Not seeing any particular pattern to which ones get full value so far.
