Instructions:
extract the contents of the archive in Documents/My Games/Starfield/Data
So that the folder structure looks like this:
C:\Users\YOUR_USER\Documents\My Games\Starfield\Data\Textures\clothes\basegloves
C:\Users\YOUR_USER\Documents\My Games\Starfield\Data\Textures\clothes\basegloves2
C:\Users\YOUR_USER\Documents\My Games\Starfield\Data\Textures\clothes\basegloves3
Create or modify your StarfieldCustom.ini in Documents/My Games/Starfield to have the following included in it:

bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=
