About this mod
Just a goofy cheat sword that freezes people in a small AOE around the player after striking a target with the sword, which also freezes and EM-sleeps the victim.

A test sword that I wasn't going to upload but fuck it why not. Can be found in the new cheat chest in UC Distribution. Respawns so you can have multiple. It does EM damage and a small amount of new Stasis damage that has no damage reduction. Striking a target with the sword puts them to sleep and if they are immune to EM then the freeze will get them. After striking a target with the sword, for 3 seconds in a small AOE. A crit becomes a large flash freeze that is instant AOE.
The weapon was not made for any particular reason, could be fun in stealth, pacifist, or god runs but it was made as a test for some stuff I was making and instead of trashing the mod itself I am just uploading it.
Found in the cheat chest on the wall in UC Distribution added by the newest version of _vTZvCore v1.3. Respawns, you can keep taking more after they respawn. Have fun, peasants.
Below is a rough and quick display of what it does. Gotta love the prepatch Cyberpunk 2077 vibes... oh Bethesda, sweet Bethesda. My melee isn't even swinging, Bethesda, why isn't my melee even swinging? Why do citizens just respawn randomly? Oh Bethesda.
