THIS IS THE MASTER OF ALL OF MY MODS, YOU NEED THIS IF YOU USE ANY. KEEP THIS MOD UPDATED.
This is the master file for all of my mods and every one of them relies on things from this. You need to download this if you use any of my mods. It holds the framework for my mods to build off of and they literally pull actor values, references, abilities, and a bunch of shit FROM THIS FILE.
Upon the release of Rebalanced Armor Legendaries it became apparent that this file needed to be separated from my mods and no longer packed with them. It was starting to cause problems. This mod is basically, but not entirely useless without any of my mods, but I suppose it doesn't hurt to download if you aren't using any of my other mods. The only thing this mod will add is some resources you can sell and adds a cheat chest to UC Distribution to the right when you walk through the door. Not much else to say about the mod. Its a framework mod, not a standalone, or not meant to be.
This mod implements basic features into the game that are used by my other mods.
Adds Primordial Cores that can drop as loot from asteroids, boss chests, and rock piles at POIs if you are JUST using this mod for whatever reason. Adds the dropbox in UC Distribution.
Will conflict with mods that edit:

Just load this mod after others or try to combine them in xEdit.
