This certainly looks interesting especially the instant kill at level 4 since it's not that OP compared to the rest. Does this still work with the current version of the game?
Does this also still need the plugins.txt enabler? If yes, this should be changed so that it no longer needs it judging from the bugs list for that mod.

It occurs to me that with this mod (and maybe one that improves sneaking) you can basically sneak up behind a terramorph and punch it in the balls for a one shot instant kill! <LMAO! > While hilarious in concept I'm not sure if that is where you were trying to go with the mod. Is it possible to add a filter that it only works on humanoids and thus you can't take out mechs, large aliens, etc etc
On a more serious note, I love the fact that you can add the instant kill to the later levels of of concealment. I also agree however that a x1000 damage buff is pretty OP and would suggest something a bit more tame like a x10.
Honestly I think the stealth skill tree should have been redesigned by Bethesda to have a stealth skill that was just about remaining undetected, and an assassination skill that was dependent on the level of the stealth skill (ie; no assassin level 3 before you have leveled stealth to at least level 3, etc). They could have even tied the assassin line into some quest where you had to go get "special ops" training, etc. Just random thoughts here with this point of course. Maybe with the CK comes out we'll be able to get something like this. In the meantime thank you for the great mod.
Was thinking it might have been a little overpowered to have as a rank 1 benefit, then I saw in the files you have an option for each rank xD This is glorious, and I feel rank 4 is a fitting point to have it :)
Great work esennolisto! Is it possible to add more levels of damage multiplier? Only 1000% is a bit OP. It can be an optional plugin, along with E.g. 20x, 50x, 100x, 500x, or whatever you decide. Cheers mate!
