      Nope, Starvival's new changes to ship prices don't conflict with SSEO at all and don't need to/can't be patched. Starvival allows you to increase/decrease ship prices through multipliers dynamically and will work IN ADDITION to SSEO without a patch. My advice is to go to Starvival's settings and disable these multipliers altogether, otherwise your ship prices will really go out of hand since you're also using SSEO.
