Hi, I want to ask about what these two included files do:

    Data\Textures\Clothes\spacesuit_starborn_01\spacesuit_starborn_visorfx_opacity.dds
    Data\Textures\Clothes\spacesuit_starborn_01\hunter\spacesuit_starborn_hunter_visor_transparent_opacity.dds

I'm asking because I'm having issues getting this compatible with Starborn Space Suit Visor FX Plus mod. With those two files installed as part of your mod, I find that when I use the Visor FX, the entire visor glass disappears all the way up to the top of the head instead of keeping the glass intact but making it translucent on the front the way that mod is supposed to do. So I had to manually delete these two files and the FX mod works well by keeping the glass visor intact but making the front translucent. But at the same time I'm having issues with that mod being able to apply the translucent effects to the NPC.

Or maybe, you have a different opacity version that will always apply the translucent effects whenever the helmet is equipped so that we can always see our player's and the NPC's face?

Most likely nothing. I am still learning quite a bit, and those most likely landed there just from copying over what was already in game.

Thanks for the answer. By the way, I noticed that this mod also replaces the default Starborn Astra outfit. While this is fine, I wonder if you can guide me how I can apply this same texture to the other Starborn spacesuit? Let's say the Materia. The reason being, I'm also using this mod: Starborn Space Suit Customization and I wanted to use the Venator spacesuit, while reskinned it to the other starborn skin. But in that mod, the Astra is missing. So I'm thinking of applying this same texture to the Materia which it does have the option. So that I can replace the Venator Armor with the Materia/Constellation retextured mod.

I haven't tested it yet, but when you're using that starborne spacesuit customization mod, at the bottom of each workbench customization you should see skin. Theoretically if you change the skin to astra then it should work. I should note that the spacesuit customization mod that I'm using is the "starborn not Todd born" mod.

Yeah, after doing more testing. I found that my last comment was when I was using the LITE version of the customisation mod. The Full version of the mod does have Astra skin and it seems to be working fine. So at the moment, I just use the workbench to create Tempus which is the strongest armor that has all the emissary plates on them without blocking out the Constellation logo on the shoulders from this mod compared to using the Venator space suit and use the starborn customisation FULL version to change it to the Astra skin. So I can have a full Materia armor with the plates as well, then still have the Constellation colours when flipping them to Astra skin.

I have tried the Toddborn mod and I don't like it because the boost pack is not integrated into the spacesuit itself unlike the TN's starborn mod. When I jump using the boostpack with the spacesuit hidden, my character just flies without the spacesuit which kinda off-putting. So using TN's starborn mod plus this Constellation Replacer mod. I can actually have double booster, one from the spacesuit and another using Constellation boost pack which this mod made invisible anyway. So with double booster, I can jump and cover twice the distance.

I am about to try it again, but it seems everytime I equip the armor as soon as I go into a loading screen I get stuck in a "infinite loading screen" as soon as I remove the mod the problem goes away.

    Any suggestions.....

Wow.  There's so much win here.  I found this while looking for a mod to take the Starborn helmet off. This solves that and upgrades and looks great!  Going to spawn another one for my Me2. Was my first texture mod so took a bit to sort but it's working splendidly.

Only problem I see atm is that the skull cap clips through the helmet visor on top.

Beautiful work - love the suit and helmet. Far nicer than vanilla starborn suits. (And I have to think this is exactly the sort of gear the richest man in the galaxy would want to reverse-engineer for his team of explorers).  Personally, I think this is great in combination with the gang's all here mod. https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/7226

I love the design here but was curious. Its hard for me to read the dds and nif files but what would I need to move/delete in order to remove the constellation logo for JUST the Starborn clothing. This mod seems to add the constellation logo on Starborn clothing as well as Constellation.

I'm interested in keeping the Constellation logo on just the Constellation suits.

It also seems to change the color for the Venator helmet too. What file would I need to remove in order to remove the blue color overwriting some starborn helmets?

I am currently working on a skinable standalone that can also be crafted. I'll add white to the list

This looks truly fantastic! I would love to have a standalone, though. You could release this as Constellation 2.0 and it would allow my head cannon to see this as an upgrade to their original suit.

    😊
