Such that the folder structure looks like this: C:\Users\YOUR_USER\Documents\My Games\Starfield\Data\Textures\clothes\clothes\outfit_hazmat_suit_01
Create or modify your StarfieldCustom.ini in Documents/My Games/Starfield to have the following included in it:
