Found 3 more NPC versions of Sarah in the Starfield.esm, updated all three with the changes. Hopefully this solves the Sarah reverting hair color in certain scenes.

New Photorealistic eyes textures using CORONA - SEE reflections and photogrammetry - Uses slot for vanilla eye choice Iron, so whatever eyes you load after this .esm will override so make sure you load this after eye mods.
That's it, see the pictures, pretty basic makeover... install is the same as any .esm mod. May need plugins.txt enabler or setup MO2 to handle plugin management. Google has all of your answers on how to mod your Starfield.
