The intention was to include quest related caps or those that l like, but anyway I added it. It's easy to add a cap: open SFEdit> find the cap (in Starfield.esm)> right click on it and choose "copy as override into" > thick the already existing file ArmoredHat.esm and then change the stats as I've done with the others hats. As I was writing this I could change a few more :)
... minor thing is hat at The Rock shows up for me as owned (little red icon) - at least for version 1.0 (trying 1.7 now) ... so would be stealing if I took from locker ... I notice the screenshot above doesn't show with that . . . minor annoyance to take and clean through Trade Authority
You have to sell and buy it to unflag it. I have a bat file (named Qualityoflife in the main directory where the game exe is) with this line "setgs iCrimeStealDontCareValue 9999999" and added this line in StarfieldCustom.ini (Documents/My Games/Starfield) under [General] https://justpaste.it/3k7st This is how the whole file "Qualityoflife" looks: https://justpaste.it/9q3sk Sorry about the links, Nexus messes with these kind of lines.
EDIT: Check v2.0 I'll leave my old answer in case anyone wants to add even more resists: "This is what I wanted also but couldn't find those resistances. You can use console: ID.amod 1C5AFA will add x15 Thermal, Corrosive, Airborne and x10 Radiation ID.amod 1C5AFB - x10 Thermal and x15 the rest. NB! You can use those not only once. To find ID drop the hat on the ground, open console (~) and click on the item- should read ARMO " (FF_______) Every time you pick and drop the item its ID changes."
