   Use SF1Edit to have a look at my white dress mod, it's a standalone clothing item that uses a mesh already in the game, the difference is that I've applied a new skin to it, like you would for a weapon.

      I've looked into your file but still can't figure it out, i'm such a noob!
      
      I tried to make a standalone Hat but I think I'm messing everything out when copying files through xEdit.
