My own personal presets used to make Starfield look more punk and emphasize the darks to contrast the neon compared to Vanilla.

Installation:
- Download latest version of reshade and install it
- Download this preset
- Put the preset into the following directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Starfield
Or whatever equivalent folder you have installed Cyberpunk to. (just make sure its in the same location as the starfield.exe) - Press the Home button and select the preset from the dropdown list and click "Select"
- Voila, you are done.
