Changelogs
This is a recolour of the Starborn Venator Spacesuit (the last suit for NG10+).

I have also included/swapped around some of the other texture files so that the Venator suit has a tidier appearance.

I have only changed texture files - the way the vanilla game shares the starborn suit files means there will be some pieces of other versions that will also be coloured the same.  (Gravitas, and Bellun suits share some colour files)

Update Version 1.3 – The FOMOD installer
The texture files in v1.3 are the same as v1.2, only the FOMOD was updated for v1.3

New Colours:
There are now 8 colour options available with either a White or Black base.
These are Black, Red, Blue, Green, Purple, Pink, Orange, and Yellow

An additional White-Orange version is also available, which has orange chest panels, orange arm plates, and increased white suit parts.
Lastly, after seeing the out come of the chrome/metallic options, I decided to add a bonus Yellow base with Black features, which will become nice sparkly gold suit.

This means 18 different colour schemes to choose from (the older Grey/Orange and Grey/Pink will not be moved over to version 1.2 but will remain available as individual downloads)

Fixes:
I corrected a number of ‘errors’ I found while I edited my grey ‘master’ files. I then recoloured from those directly to each colour in an attempt to create improved uniformity across the different files. I also did slight changes to the other rough, metal, mask and AO files.

New FOMOD Installer:
I have created a FOMOD that allows a massive amount of customisation...
This is split into 2 main choices; Colour and Chrome appearance, (Each of these are broken into different body areas).

COLOUR CHOICES
Body: 18 colour options; includes the upper and lower body – the torso, shoulders, upper arms, legs, and feet.
Helmet: 18 colour options; includes the lower sides and back of the helmet and the neck region.
Visor: 33 colour options; includes the upper sides and top of the helmet, and the front visor, which can be black or gold in colour
Gloves: 17 colour options; includes the hands and forearms.
Plates: 18 colour options; includes those covering the upper
Cape: 18 colour options (see below for a mod that will make the cape optional as a separate equippable item)

CHROME CHOICES
Note that the full metallic chrome look requires that base white colour options are selected. Black base versions gain a glossy some what metallic look. The single Yellow base needs the chrome/metallic selections to get the gold look.
Body: 11 chrome options; includes the helmet sides and upper and lower body areas. Options include the standard non-metallic look, the standard version but with no fiberglass sections, (with or without a chrome boost pack), Then further options ranging from selected panels, all panels, and the suit material – all with/without a chrome boost pack.,
Visor: 4 options; to give a base colour or metallic appearance to the top of the helmet, and the vanilla or reduced scratch/watermarked visor.
Gloves: 3 options; non metallic, a metallic/glossy cuff ring, and both the upper suit material and cuff with a metallic/glossy appearance.
Plates: 10 options; non metallic, metallic, and since the plates have are on all parts of the body (shoulders, upper arms, forearms, thighs, and lower legs) there are 7 further options that allow for separate parts or combinations of the locations to have a metallic appearance.

Each installation has a total of 45 files. A number are there to ensure the an appearance and surface texture/look as shown in the images.

With the many options available in the FOMOD, there are actually billions of possible combinations.
Many will probably be terrible, (or fashion faux pas)...
but you now have the power to create your own look! (and just reinstall the FOMOD if you want to change it up or experiment).

Single Colour files: version 1.1

If you don't want to use the FOMOD you can use single colour suits found in the OLD files section.
This includes the Grey - Pink and Grey - Orange versions not included in the FOMOD.

Optional Chrome look for single colour files
Located in old files is Venator Chrome Look
This will give any of the White versions metallic chrome appearance...
be the cyberman you always wanted to be...
If used with a Black or Grey version it will increase the gloss/shine of effected areas.

Make sure that the Venator Chrome Look file loads after the single colour file.
See the images for the how the chrome appears. (bringing in a little of the Tenebris suit feel)

Want a different colour Starborn suit for your companion?

You can use my Starborn Astra and Materia mod if you want to have, say, your companion in a different coloured Starborn suit.
(as shown in the images).
The Venator and Astra/Materia suits do not share any colour texture files.

You Really should get this mod:

I highly Recommend you get TheOGTennessee's Starborn suits mod:
TN's Modular Starborn Suits

This mod allows you to craft a new version of starborn suits at the industrial workbench (using a vanilla suit of the same type)
  • This new version can be modified on the Spacesuit workbench
  • You can craft a Starborn helmet on the industrial workbench that can be modified on the Spacesuit workbench
  • You can craft the cape on the industrial workbench - It's optional for you to equip, so no sack if you don't want it.
  • You can opt to have the built in boost pack, or disable it on the spacesuit workbench and use another boost pack you like

This mod is awesome, as it gives a lot more options for wearing/improving the Starborn suits.
(images without helmets/capes were from using this mod)

Load my Recolour after this mod.
(Mine only changes texture files - all functions remain).

Alternative mod if you don't want the cape
You can use the following mod if for some reason you don't want to use the Modular Starborn Suits mod above:
Capeless Starborn Armor - No Potato Sack and Cleaner Metal

Just make sure this mod overwrites that mods changes (I include additional files to tidy up the suit too)

How to obtain the Starborn Venator suit:
Main quest completion ten times over

Or use a Console command
(might want to have an achievement enabler mod)

player.additem 21C77F 1

Suits that are created through the console may not have any legendary bonus effects
I think TN's Modular Starborn Suits mod adds in legendries when you craft the modded suits

If you want to improve the armour and have up to 3 armour modifiers - or change the ones that you do have,
You can through further console commands.
I suggest you check out Ponchofajitas's Starborn Armors - Enhanced mod description page for details on how to do so

Installation

Mod Managers
let them do their thing

- MO2 I believe has it all sorted to install to game folders

Manual installation
