THANK U SOOOOO MUCH ! It is freaking awesome and I have not expect that there will be a better outfit shape for male character coming out before the creation kit & bodyslider release. You are absolutely genius, by the way, Is it possible to make a body mod for male like VBB can volume up the body shape but muscular without bodyslider ? the original just so weird.
Thank you. And yes, that could be done. I have a body with morphs that I created and am using for these outfit conversions. I just lack the time to get it ready for something like this when we don’t even have Bodyslide yet. That said, if anyone is experienced in this regard, has the time, and could help, PM me. I would love to do more with it.
Technically I already have. You can see WIP images in the photos section of my profile. The problem is that they combine 8 or 9 different pieces and each suit is a mashup of different pieces. So creating the custom morphs and make them all play nice has been a nightmare.
The muscular morph is fine and works well. I’m using it in my game right now. But getting the thin and heavy morphs to avoid clipping is still a work in progress. I just have limited time to dive in and really tweak the other morphs right now.
If folks just want the muscular versions of the starborn suits and aren’t interested in the other morphs, then I have those ready now.
@Jennetic: It's my favorite Show too. I am hoping that someone will make Farscape Outfits and the Spacesuit for Starfield in the Future. @Demonikone: I meant the same way this one was edited.
Well as I’m sure you know, that sort of stuff will come once we get Bodyslide and Outfit Studio along with modding tools from BGS. We are still early days in Starfield modding so we’re somewhat limited now compared to what will come.
That’s why you mostly see one off outfit edits like this here and there because each one has to be made or edited in Blender or 3ds Max or the like.
Most folks aren’t going to stress over expansive wardrobe edits quite yet because all of this will become quite trivial to execute for most users once those aforementioned tools become available.
riight.... but like most of those geo/morph edits, for clothing, are made to match a body.... not like, bodies made to match clothing.... im mean im not a pro or 100% of your methods.... but im assuming your using morph/geo edits OR you hve actually edited the clothing model.... im not tryna hate btw, i am just kinda saying IMO it makes more sene to do the body first.... partly because then OTHER mod creators cn make their male outfits to fit said body.... this is kinda impossible if the actual body dosent exist though right?
No problem at all. No hate perceived and your point is well taken. Yes, you are correct, I am editing the clothing model to fit a body. I thought about that as well before I uploaded the mod (just release a new general body geometry). But, honestly, I didn’t think there would be much demand for it. Especially without Bodyslide and Outfit Studio available for users.
I mean, in testament to your fine work it seems you MAY have been mistaken there my friend.... i see fair level of demand ;) <3 another ide note too keep in mind is that CBBE is general female body specific, in fallout 4 we had SHB from the site we dont name..... so i see a NICE big opening for you there :P (no pun intended)
Interesting. I’ve not seen that mod. To be honest I’m not sure. As long as that .nif they’re using still points to these geometry folders then I think it should in theory. They didn’t change the geometry it doesn’t look like.
This mod includes just geometry files and their mod has .nif meshes and textures. The .nif in Starfield now points to a separate geometry file for the general shape, which is what my mod edits.
However, I can’t guarantee there won’t be weird clipping issues with that mod. You can try it and see.

But more importantly, nice screen name! Farscape might just be my favorite TV series of all time, let alone sci-fi specific.
