Fixed typo in rank 3 challenge description
It said "Destroy or board 50 ships with 17 ninja or more"
Now it says "Destroy or board 50 ships with a crew of 17 ninja or more"

Increased level 4 of the perk to raise the crew cap to 28 instead of 23.
Changed cockpits, control stations, battle stations, and engineering habs to give them crew capacity matching their crew slot value. Also changed workshop, infirmary, computer core, mess hall, and brig habs giving them each 1 crew capacity and 1 crew slot.
