I like the idea but I'd really like smaller projectiles. It's really annoying that a railing as thin as your thumb and below your waste in front of you get's hit instead of shooting over it because the projectile is so damned large.
It does not override any vanilla projectile. It just use stand alone projectiles (just have higher speed, nothing else was changed) to replace the projectiles in player's magic effects. It is the magic effect part that was modified. The xEdit seems unable to override projectiles right now.

Edit: NVM, my own fault for forgetting to update plugins.txt enabler.
Keeping an eye on this though.
