None of the necessary Reshade packages/settings are listed on the main page and the link the mod author posted in the sticky is dead. What do we install?
this is amazing, thanks so much! Though the ghosting from dh uber was really awful (along with the fps hit, +40!!) so it goes on a keybind and gets activated for photos only along with dof. I also noticed DPX makes some scenes insanely bright, but it's usually when the sun is behind the clouds. But all in all this makes the game look better than ever before!
Upon looking at my log maybe there is some kind of .dll issue. I have the dxgi.dll version of Reshade 5.9.2 which is the most current version for DirectX 10, 11, and 12 but the log makes reference to d3d12.dll. Maybe one of the activated shaders is looking for d3d12.dll
Unchecking and readding the checks worked. IF YOUR GAME IS CTDING, MAKE SURE UNDER ADD-ONS IN YOUR RESHADE MENU YOU HAVE ALL FOUR OF THESE BOXES CHECKED.
This is absolutely gorgeous, though, it seems the DH Uber RT shader is causing some strange noise to occur at times. It comes at goes, seemingly at random. Disabling DH Uber RT makes it go away. Any idea how to solve this?
I'm still tinkering with it at the moment, dh_uber_rt does cause some ghosting and also noise where the sky meets the horizon. You can play around with "Distance Fading" under the merging section in dh_uber_rt.
I just found another issue. Accessing Data Pads causes a CTD, consistently. It happened a couple times, so I disabled ReShade, read a pad, enabled reshade, tried to read it again, CTD. It's happened with multiple data pads, so far only tested at Red Mile, if that's relevant. The noise issue seems to happen less frequently than I thought, and is temporarily resolved by opening the ESC menu.
Can confirm. I'm running multiple Reshade presets that I like by using a hotkey to swap between them. When it attempts to load this one I receive a CTD. Your Reshade is probably just fine. My gut tells me that one or some of the extra downloaded shaders is probably at fault.
Been using Reshade since about 2016 but I've never really messed with downloading individual shaders from GitHub. I'm not seeing download links on the folders or files. You can right click and save each individual one but I know that can't be what's intended.
i had the same issue as you when i was first using github, you click the green "CODE" rectangle thats next to "Go To File", and then click "Download Zip"

If you post the effects used I will activate them in my game one at a time to see which one is the issue.
