   Is it possible to change skin color not only for children, but also for adults?

      Yes that would be possible. I just wanted to get this out since the base game only has the 3 skin tones for children.

      @funhammy Can you use just the loose texture files with the .esm instead of the .ba2?

      Yes, any loose files will always override the ba2 though, if you put the ba2 in the same folder as the ESM it should work.

   Quick question, plugins.txt for esm's I understand but any extra steps for the ba2?  Do we need to add it to custom.ini or anything?

      Just drop the ba2 into the same folder as the ESM and it should work.
