    Been one of my favorite mods for months, kudos to you for a job well done. Sad to see that the new update is messing with mesh edit mods. Hopefully someday the game gives us the option to recolor all ship components as we want.

      Just noticed that after the latest update: even though the weapons are installed on my ships, they're "invisible". Will be waiting for an update.

      Wow was not expecting a quick fix, you're awesome! Just tried it out on the latest update, my ship weapons are back in black and sleek as ever. Many thanks to you, keep up the great work!

      My ship weapons are "invisible" as well.  In space I can fire the weapons and see the weapon fire trails but can't see the actual weapons or turrets. In the ship builder the ship models don't show the mounted weapons or any weapons selected from the build menu either. Just FYI.

    Thank you so much! This is great because I would basically only select weapons that matched my ship color up to this point.

      I'm sure it's possible  just don't know if it will look good. I'll take a look at other components. Any others that dont work with the ship color system?

    Not being able to change the color of these components has been driving me nuts. And you're definitely right on my account, I almost always go with black or at least primarily black so this is perfection. Once again, you've peered into my hopes and dreams and made it a reality hahaha cheers!

      Awesome! Glad you like it, I think it helps the npc ships as well. So many different colors schemes and black blends with all of them easier than white.

    any way to get the weapons in all industrial grey like the default PB, helion, etc particle weapons, feel like that would give it a more realistic look than blackout

      I mean, I could make them any color I wanted, just need the motivation to spend the time. I'm wondering if they will get included in the ship color system by BGS in an update. In which case black is fine for now. I like that it hides weapons better for npc ships as well.

      If it doesn't seem like it will get added by update or mod, I'll make a few more colors. Problem is that it changes npc weapons also

    Have you considered merging these into a .ba2 texture file instead of leaving them loose? I feel like they would perform much better that way, though I could be wrong.

      There aren't any texture files. I changed the textures and materials through mesh edits. Should be zero performance hit.
