Why does this mod exist when Gilibran's "Ship Module Snap Expansion" mod already exists?

I plan on updating Better Ship Part Flips roughly once per week. Making flips is tedious and requires care and lots of testing to ensure a good result. Be sure to check the CHANGELOG in the Description tab for more info about parts changed and added. I'm working down the builder menu list of "Structurals", so if Taiyo part flips/rotations are what you want, be prepared to wait a good while.
The mod is not working with Vortex, Mod Organizer, "Tool XYZ"?
I don't use any of these tools, I don't have them installed, they add a layer of complexity that can cause issues while making mods. Modding Starfield is already complex enough, I'm not willing to add more potential for problems causing issues in my mod. If you leave constructive feedback and detailed instructions for changes I should make to my mod files to make them compatible with such tools, I will consider it. However, since I'm not using these tools, I cannot verify the result.

Additionally, if you don't take the time and care to a) check your spelling, b) provide as much information as possible, or at least as much as required, I'm not taking the time and care to reply.
I'm a mod author, I use my personal free time without compensation on making mods. Any time spent on tech-support is time not spent on improving the mods.
Would it be possible to make it so the Hopetech landing bay with the big wide assault ramp style ramp can be flipped so it can be put in the back of the ship?
The scope of work for this mod is limited to Structural parts. I plan on eventually at least trying to do this in Junk In Your (Ship's) Trunk, but I'm still working on other things that have higher priority at the moment.

This mod works fine in Starfield v1.11.36. If it's not loading for you, then your modded setup is possibly broken. I suggest redoing it using Mod Organizer 2.
apologies i may have put foot in mouth - it may be a cascade of things - my ships don't appear in my ship builder - i just get a rotating circle and blank background - the times i switched homeship the ship did not have the flipped bits.
apologies to Freschu - ship colorize was partly my prob - but just removing it didn't stop the endless loading circles and most ships just not loading - i had to do a clean install
Well shit... I downloaded this mainly to flip the fuel tanks but this mod doesn't affect any of the fuel tanks. Kinda disappointed tbh. That said, it is useful for what it does do. Probably going to try another mod though.
I love everything that has been added in this mod. There are a few requests i think will make it even better.
The deimos cowl can be rotated amazingly, but you need to add the Deimos Hull so it can be rotated vertically to match the vertical orientation of the cowl.
The Nova Weapon Mount is awesome being able to be pointing left and right; but can you add it being rotated 90 degrees still pointing forward?
The biggest request are engines! Allow the engines to be rotated. Example would be allowing White Dwarf 3xxx engines (and others) to be vertical like the Ares engines. Have the Ares (and others) mount on top of or below other parts or horizontally in line with habs/structures.
I know it may be a while; your doing a lot of work, but I suggest the engines be the next group after structures.
Edit: Is this safe to uninstall? I might try the "Ship Module Snap Expansion" mod and see if it behaves better.
Original post: Wondering if anyone else is getting an issue where installing a piece with a flip added by this mod "shifts" everything on the ship.
I didn't take screenshots, but I can reproduce this if it would help troubleshoot. (I don't know how to post images here anyway.)
In a nutshell: I installed two Stroud fore cowlings, flipped vertically, and added to the back of the ship as "tail fins"... The landing bay (in this case, it's all the way in the front of the ship) gets duped, and each piece is about 50% off-set, side to side. (IE, they're not on top of each other, but not fully side-by-side either.) The interior has walls from exterior habs showing inside. (No collision, just the full hab wall, with my custom paint and everything. Doors don't show up where they normally would, or one hab had a door, but when you open it, the next hab doesn't have the door. Also - The exterior of the ship flashes with furious z-fighting conflicts, or whatever it's called. It's just a mess.
I've had this happen in complete vanilla SF. Very seldom, when you exit the ship builder, you'll actually have two instances of your ship on the landing pad. The one before entering the builder, and another after leaving the builder. Basically, the game doesn't despawn the old version of the ship, and so a bunch of things overlap. When this happens, try either entering/exiting the ship builder. If that doesn't work, which usually doesn't, reload the save, or try fast travelling via map.
