Hello, Mr. Toastehbro...I kinda need your help. I've read some of your comments and it appears you know what you are talking about concerning MO2. My ask is completely unrelated to your mods. I would very much appreciate your input on a strange problem I've been troubleshooting all day now. All I want to do is fake shoot some fake space pirate scum, lol.

If you are willing here is my scenario: I recently started playing SF again once the creation kit came out. I've been using MO for pretty much all Bethesda games. For years. I understand it pretty well, however I had the common issue of MO not loading/deactivating base game files (003,006,008,007). I updated MO2 and decided to follow the Step procedure for installation outside of the game directory. It's been hell ever since. I haven't gotten anything to work. Things I've done:

    complete removal of MO2
fresh install of Starfield via Steam
Re installation of MO2 versions 2.50, 2.5.1fcr2, 2.5.2 and 2.5.2fcr2...(this were supposed to resolve the ability to exclude the aforementioned base game files)
    - They did succeed in doing so, however ctd when using MO2 to launch
    - thought it might be troubles with SFSE, so removed it, and only included mods that don't require it...same result of ctd.

An added wrinkle that I'm baffled at is the uninstallation of the MO2 executable. Every time. I can reinstall MO2 (any version) upon a system restart just fine, but when I attempt to launch either SFSE or Starfeld exe, MO2.exe along with the desktop short cut disappears. Completely. I'm left with the entire directory minus the executable until i do a restart and reinstall. Even stranger, the executables held within the starfield directory launch just fine, including SFSE loader. The File paths within MO2 are all accurate. I've been using this manager for 10+ years and I haven't seen anything like this.

NOTE: may or may not be related: I can only reinstall MO2 immediately after a restart. Upon game load failure and removal of MO2 shortcut and .exe, nothing can be installed (a new MO2 .exe) to the folder. It just crashes or tells me I don't have access. I've fiddled a lot with file and network sharing. Doesn't seem to be a problem with anything else. Again, I can reinstall once after a restart, then failure and back to the drawing board. Any ideas? I searched for this problem and and only found 1 other that had similar problem with Skyrim... left unresolved. I attempted to join discord and once I sold my personal data soul to them I've been denied entry. Any official MO2 people are unreachable. Please help me kill fake space pirates again.

MO2 2.4.2 works, though I get the deactivation of the again, aforementioned base game files.

Sorry, I've never had any problems like that. Sounds really annoying.
When you uninstall things, check the folder of that program to ensure that is is actually empty. I've had this oversight before when dealing with mods thinking I've reset everything but some dll file was left behind and causing issues.
Maybe check your override folder if something in there is overriding base assets?
I'm unsure by what you wrote if you have tried running vanilla starfield through mod organizer. If not, I would definitely try that on a new profile. Then add sfse. If that works then it must be something in your modlist.
There's a nice trick for finding broken mods, but you have to be careful with dependencies, which MO2 helps with. When identifying a problematic mod, start out by running the game with half of the mods enabled. If the game runs, try the other half of the mods. Whichever half of mods crashed will tell you which half of the list has the broken mod. You can repeat this to go through mods much faster. This isn't fool proof either because you could have multiple broken mods or unclear dependencies which cause CTDs.
      Well that's all I've got.
      Good luck.

These perk changes seems to make much more sense and makes leveling it worth it. Personally i would like to see a combined duration increase with these perk changes, so these short buff durations with 2/3 minutes last up to 10/15 min on highest perk level.

    Hi.
How do you choose the version of multiplier, When I used vortex to install there were no options.
And there is only one ESM. Forget that, I've just noticed the screenshots, lol
    Thanks
