Ship registration fees are about 80% in the vanilla game. I lowered it.

With fees being so high, it makes stealing ships for profit basically untenable. You get more money from selling a half-decent Maelstrom.
So, I dropped the fee. The FOMOD will allow you to select your preference for the registration fee. Options for 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, or 60% are available. Now you can make actual money stealing and reselling ships without getting constantly ripped off.
Use Nukem's Plugins loader.
