Version 2.1
Resaved and updated with the latest Creation Kit and removed master dependency for BlueprintShips-Starfield.esm.
No Challenges version: The "Wellness" skill has had its challenges removed once again. (They got reintroduced when I removed the Wellness health fix)

Saved the mod with the new Creation Kit and changed it to a Light Master. (ESM+ESL)
Removed obsolete fixes for Shield Systems and Wellness.
Made sure that all skill changes from recent game updates have been carried forward into the mod.
Bethesda has walked back their statement about the Lasers skill in the latest update where it no longer affects particle weapons, but they didn't fix rank 4 properly which I've now done. You can still download the old Lasers skill as an optional plugin if desired.
Note: The mod has been altered significantly. It is advised that you follow the update instructions in the sticky post.

Fixed an issue that stopped Bethesda's new setting to adjust vendor credits from working.
Version 1.15
Shield Systems has been fixed in all circumstances.
Wellness now updates its max health bonus whenever you enter or leave an interior.
Environmental Conditioning now increases environmental resistances by 15, up from 10.
Commerce now makes vendors restock with 10/20/30/50% more credits.
Trade Authority kiosks now gain +10% credits every 10 levels, up to level 50. With rank 4 Commerce and level 50+ it will cap out at 10,000 credits. You can load other mods which change vendor credits after this mod to use that mod instead if you wish.
Added a minor fix to the Advanced Combat Skills category.
Released a highly requested mod called Player Level Scaling: https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/7144/
Changed the .esm name of the No Challenges and Vanilla Purist versions to SkillFixes.esm which should allow for better compatibility between versions.

Void Form now works properly with both Concealment and Chameleon.

Martial Arts rank 3-4 now properly has a 15% chance to disarm. (Was 5%)
