before the patch it had workt. Ini is setup for mods, could it be, that it is incompatible with pristiane loading screens? the mod author from this mod said no, but i have no other mod for loading screens, but one that upscales the Videos 21;9 wqhd. Could that be inkompatibel?
Some people are saying that theirs INI reverted to default, check that. Worst case scenario, put again in the Documentos\My Games\Starfield, of course, after you check the INI.
Yeah the INI did revert after the patch but I put the lines back in that the luts mods required. I had downloaded this mod after the patch so everything was added fresh to the mygames folder.

Funny enough, the star map menu is fine, the info is all in the middle, but at least the background goes all the way to the edges, which is simple but already MUCH better than the black bars.
And if is not asking too much (i know it is), can you release in parts? So, we can help you test?

I hope someone finds out how to do this stuff. It was never modded into cyberpunk which was always annoying as you would open the menu, settings etc and its all 16:9. Its even more annoying in this game thanks to the 16:9 stretching a bunch when going in and out of terminals, menus, benches etc.
Any additional steps required for the gamepass version? I've unzipped and replaced my data folder in Documents > MyGames > Starfield but all loading screen images are still 16:9
Figured it out. For any gamepass players the instructions for the gamepass version are similar to the neutral lut mod.
After adding the mod files you have to go to Starfield.ini in the game installation folder and add bInvalidateOlderFiles=1 under [Archive] before starting the game and should work fine.

I'm also using the luts mod which had me modify the Starfield.ini in the game folder (xbox gamepass). I'm not sure if that affects this.
