Any chance you can update this to delete BlueprintShips as a master using the latest version of xedit? https://www.reddit.com/r/starfieldmods/comments/1jyl6zv/psa_mod_authors_please_remove_blueprintshipsesm/
I use it and as far as I can tell, it still works. However, I have not updated the game to 1.14.70 so I don't know if it will work with the latest version of the game. The SFSE team has said that All gameplay plugins need to be recompiled due to the latest update.
What is the specific gaming setting that governs the time it takes for NPCs to engage in random dialogue with each other? I find the current tweaked value to be too long and I'd like for the NPCs to be a bit chattier in general (off-ship, in cities and settlements).
Mod is great, with only downside that sometimes NPCs would start to chatter with each other even though they were very much apart, like for example Barrett and Cora would initiate in conversation, Barrett is on top floor in the Lodge, Cora is in the basement, and you could hear one and only a subtitle of another (if you played with subtitles on, otherwise you wouldn't knew what they were talking about anyway :)). So, some potential addition to this mod would be to shorten a distance at which NPCs would initiate conversation. Otherwise, the mod itself is great and feels very natural ingame.
Having seen this in both the bug reports and now your post, it's the only thing keeping me from downloading it. Hopefully it will get sorted out before too long.
I trust nexstephen will get to it, though.
Edit: Though that said, it only seems to happen in the Lodge? Maybe I'll try it anyway -- after all, a bug like this is totally expected from Bethesda in general, so it's very on brand.
does this mod effect the npc from the trackers scanner? im having issues where i can scan them but not talk to them at all, just trying to figure out a cause really.

Does anyone knows if plugins.txt is still needed?
I manually disabled the clones there and in other places.
