    For quicker conversation pieces with NPC's
    1) Load this file in Sf1edit https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/239?tab=files&file_id=22434
    2) Once loaded click on Game settings>bVoiceFilepadding and set it from 2.00000 to 1.00000
    3) It'll make the conversations have less pause between sentences.

      Its very easy to load it into xedit and run the clean masters function.  It will remove that dependency.

    Will NPCs scream and run away if I suddenly shoot in the air or aim at them? Or these tough guys still not pay attention to such small things as a man firing a machine gun right in front of them?

    Does this mod also stop NPC's from all looking the same, its basically like clonesville in hopetown O.o

      I have this problem since day one. Sadly, no mod fixed this to this day. 

      I manually disabled the clones there and in other places.

      I use it and as far as I can tell, it still works. However, I have not updated the game to 1.14.70 so I don't know if it will work with the latest version of the game. The SFSE team has said that All gameplay plugins need to be recompiled due to the latest update.

      They're talking about SFSE mods, which are compiled DLL files.  You do not need to recompile ESMs.

    What is the specific gaming setting that governs the time it takes for NPCs to engage in random dialogue with each other? I find the current tweaked value to be too long and I'd like for the NPCs to be a bit chattier in general (off-ship, in cities and settlements).
