New version in like 15 minutes, just tweaking the cutter a bit because the base damage is so low the advanced version was only doing like 1 more damage. Maybe it will be OP afterwards... i don't know if i care. I'll let comments decide if there needs to be nerfs or buffs.
In good news, the DLC did add new weapons. In better news, they didn't miss any of the qualities this time so no need for a patch!
How are the tiers integrated into gameplay? Are they seamlessly added into leveled lists? If injected into leveled lists, were they injected via scripts or through direct formlist manipulation?
Thank you for creating this mod in the first place.
You are welcome to just open the mod in xEdit and see for yourself. I don't really know how to explain it with words just from memory and i havent even had the game installed since like 4 months ago.
It should be pretty damn seamless though. It works the same way any existing weapon tiers work.
Man, another one in the category of "why isn't it fixed in base game yet"... thank you very much for this, it was driving me up the wall to see those tiers missing!
Fun bonus fact (for those that might be looking/wondering) -- m8r98a4f2's Item Sorter mod does properly recognize and amend the names of the new tiers added by this mod!
Is there a way to get the basic novablast disruptor whilst using the mod (my character is very high level)? I tried with console command, but the ID: 0026D968, gives an advanced version with this mod installed.
Edit: Found a work around. Several basic Novablast Disruptors are hanging on the wall next to the Ryujin shop that sells them.
None taken. It probably should be. Until then, update coming tomorrow. Tool-grip weapons will be included and the storage bug is gone (from very brief testing it seems to be gone anyway) because bethesda fixed their shit. I don't have to do melee weapons now which is nice i guess. Will look at DLC content to see if they need tweaks too.
Technically, "Superior" is the highest weapon tier, but there's a bug that makes them appear as "Advanced," even though they'll have a higher damage than their Advanced counterparts.
That is incorrect. I have debunked that already in the comments; anyone with the time to download xedit and understand the records can tell you the same.
I'm 99% sure this myth came from somebody upgrading their combat perks and then later noticing "advanced" weapons with higher base stats than they used to have. Because that's exactly what happened to me after I first heard about it, until I realized why the damage was actually higher.
If you have a refined equinox, drop it on the ground, open console and click on it so that "weap" shows as the selected item and type in "amod 0012E3C9" to bump it from refined to advanced. This won't work correctly if it's calibrated. You'll see the damage has increased but it will still be called refined. To name it refined do the same but with this code instead "amod 0028F444"
To add to the known bug where these advanced weapons revert to refined, this behaviour also seems to be exhibited with Constellation suits that have the pre-order skin applied; the skin slot is similarly lost if they're placed in a storage container and the save is reloaded.
We'll either have to wait until Bethesda issues a patch, or the CK2 releases.

One would have noticed if paid attention when playing.
Could that mean the OMOD bug is patched?
Loved my Eon too much, but compared to a silly Novalight it was very bad.
Had a hard time reading all this comments. Must be a real pain to find the cargo bug. Sorry for that.
