Thank you for this mod my game now runs at 35 FPS IN AKILA CITY! Before this mod is was getting around 17fps tops in Akila on Steam Deck. The only issue i ran into with this mod is the file you get with the ini tweaks under data called "glassnoise_opacity.dds" is broken and causing glass Textures to render invisable. This issue makes things like cups, wineglasses on tables, windows and glass shelves completly invisable. Simply delete the "glassnoise_opacity.dds" from your documents folder under documents>data>textures>comman>glass. Again thank you for this mod 10/10 Endorsed
that's not a bug, it improves performance by quite a bit and can even make some forms of glass like Windows look better but unfortunately will make others like wine glasses invisible. It's a trade off and is only available in the lowest preset(s).
But yes you can delete it if its not worth it to you
thank you for replying I i was worried it might have been an oversight. I also have a question when starfield resives its next update will we have to update this mod?
It works great with the performanse settings, but i think because of the shadows, i gets impossible to play in some areas because the game simple gets all blacked out. Could it be some way to fix this?
ironically I had the opposite problem with ultra performance where everything looked raptured at one point; I then moved to normal performance and that instantly fixed it.
I dont mod many games so i dont know how some stuff works. I would like to know when starfield gets an update like it did the other day, does this mod have to be reapplied?

1 thing after instaling i dont have stars glowing in galaxy map is there a way to turn the glow back on ?
