About this mod
A simple rich pink recolor of the cowboy/cowgirl hat called Homesteader Scout Hat. This doesn't affect Sam's hat. Install or delete as usual, player.additem 00273C05

Here is a retexture of the Homesteader Scout Hat in a pink colorway. Made this for myself, since a pink cowgirl hat is kinda my signature thing in MMO's when possible. It's a darker more rich pink, not a Hello Kitty pink.
Tried to maintain some of the textured dirt and patina so it doesn't seem too unrealistic for the game setting. The metalwork is desaturated and lightly tinted pink, but it looks a bit more silver. The inner band is recolored a rich purple.
This ONLY replaces the Homesteader Scout Hat and NOT Sam Coe's hat nor the couple other similar variants. That said, any NPC with the Homesteader Scout Hat on by default or by equipping it on them, it will show this pink retexture.

Install: just like other retextures, unzip the file to your /My Games/Starfield/ and marry the folder structure as it is laid out in the zip file.
Plus like usual for other mods, you'll need to add the edited StarfieldCustom.ini to your /My Games/Starfield/
Suggest just grabbing this one from Hex0x0 here if you don't have a working one for yourself. https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/273 Bonus, this will make most mods work right with Gamepass / Microsoft Store version too.

Add to your inventory with console command:
player.additem 00273C05
This adds 1x to your inventory, but you can add a space and a number to the command to get extras to put on Companions.
player.additem 00273C05 5
Will add 5x to your inventory.
